I have been reading The Undoing Project by Michael Lewis. I am enjoying it. This is my first Michael Lewis book. What other book should I read from him?
What is everyone reading? Any good books lately?
For light reading I have been reading old mysteries, Charlie Chan and Lord Peter Wimsey.
I hoping this will be a group exercise. The topic is to add to the list of things needed to run a successful hot dog stand. I know TKC and Liz have business experience. I am sure others do also.
I will start off the list with No. 1.
Trump has decided not to show up to the White House Correspondence dinner. This I think is a wise move. They attacked him and this is his counter-attack. It reminds me of WWII and how MacArthur fought the Japanese on certain islands. He didn’t. He cut off their supplies and let the jungle do its work. Especially with proud people this is the best strategy. They think you cannot live without them. They really do. Sad.
BDB and MLH have put together something good here. The interface is clean, logical, and more than good enough. I love simple. Just not having all the pesky clutter of seeing things I don’t want to see is worth every penny I am paying to be here.
I do appreciate the level of discourse too. (Okay, that Dime guy’s stuff is not that good but one has to put up with a certain level of mediocrity.)
