As time marches on he gets even funnier.
He just wants to give Snowden a roommate. Saves on asylum costs.

M is right. I tend to punctuate the way I like. I follow some of the rules, but in this case, it seems to me that declaring that something is a question at the beginning is the polite thing to do.
You may also note that I spell things differently sometimes. It’s the effect of a teacher from 6-8 grade. He was from England and so spelled things a bit differently. All us kids (there were only 9 in the class – small local private school) picked up his habits. So I spell theatre, or honour, or colour, or calibre.
