[pullquote]He flouts the law, he ignores the Court[/pullquote]The President is colluding with foreign forces to debase the sovereignty of the States. His Fast and Furious operation was aimed at disarming and debasing the sovereignty of the American citizenry. He flouts the law, he ignores the Court, and he sets up czars and panels in their places. He is a domestic enemy of the Constitution, which every federal employee has sworn an oath to defend. President Obama is committing treason in no uncertain or subjective terms, and I stand with Arizona.
The first Civil War was fought over a conflict between the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence; that is, the rights of the States vs the rights of Man. To Lincoln, the Constitution can only be understood in light provided by the Declaration, which at its core declared that men shall be free of the various tyrannies. In this, a second American Civil War will more closely reflect the issue of the Revolutionary War; the rights of State and Man vs naked despotism.
[pullquote]I stand with Arizona[/pullquote]We now find that Executive branch control of the “regulatory state” and of the “security state” is supplanting the Constitution, the courts, and the legislative branch. President Obama is a tyrant and his sprint for domination is no longer concealed, but clear to see for any who will look. If the President succeeds in dividing the States from each other and from the Federal government, he will use force to bring about tighter control.
[pullquote]no stomach for forgiveness[/pullquote]Defeating Obama will only be the beginning. This country cannot long survive the damage recently done without swift and serious corrective action. It is too late to choose sides–you chose sides in 2010. I have no stomach for forgiveness of those who burn down the house and then beg for mercy in the flames.
In the late “War Between the States”, I consider myself a Union man. In the coming “War Upon the States”, I am a State man. That is my duty to the Constitution, and the conviction of my heart.
