All have the same issue. “It is hard to find and keep good people”
I usually review their wage policy, their incentives and their hiring practices and find as usual, the American economy is switching gears like a race car. Where employees hung onto their jobs, the employer must hang on to their employees.
America is back, folks. All we need now is some competition in health insurance and watch the number of people covered go through the roof.
Next, time to free market k-12, the single largest new industry of the 21st century. Place your investment bets.

Tales like this are elevating my hopes for a benevolent 2018 election outcome.
I’m starting to think the so-called Blue Wave will crash on the shoals of tax cuts and economic growth… BUT… lets not forget, happy voters tend to stay home in off year elections, so we still may not be out of the woods. You can bet your assets that the Left, angry as they are, will be out in force.

This is what worries me the most. The Left is crazy-angry. They are likely to vote. The Complaint Window opens in November and they’re already lining up.
Now’s the time when we REALLY have to watch out for the outsourcing. Because companies will use this as an excuse to H-1B their whole workforce if they could get away with it.
I sure hope we see rally after rally with Trump rolling to as many congressional districts as he can, including black majority ones to make this election an event worth participating in.
He needs to be the cheerleader in chief, and with the tax cut passed and assuming the NoKos stay stable, he will have a clear field to run in.
Mostly he needs to tell them what is coming next.
