He is not a Russian Stooge, he is now a Nazi. Forget all that Russian stooge stuff and get with the program.

If you are following the latest meme skirmish where the Globals try to destroy Trump in the mind of the voters, the labelling him as a fascist supporter and the disbanding of the CEO councils are forcing him to move far more populist with less balance.

We are watching a very risky game where the globalists think they can rally the peons with negative images and Trump will be forced to move closer to a working class base.

I fully expect less corporate cooperation and more corporate scapegoating for the too big to fail crowd.

As the statues keep falling and the antifa thugs keep swarming, the response will be that the Globals overplayed their hand , again.

The Globals alternative to people is just ….nothing but ‘know your place’.  The media cannons can roar, but after the barrage, they give people a choice of Trump or …”know your place”.

Well put, TKC. The globalists think that they can intimidate us into the modest places that they’ve carved out. It didn’t work in Britain and it won’t work here. About 70% of the British public now favor a hard Brexit. They’re pretty hard over on immigration too. What a difference a year makes.

Doc- I had always assumed the folks at the top of the media could understand markets, but I have never seen supposed capitalists just turning away from a majority of media consumers. For the head of Wal Mart to turn away from Trump is incredibly stupid, but then again, Wal Mart has been stupid since Sam died.

But they do still have pretty good prices on a lot of basic things.

To the extent that media companies are supposed to be capitalist enterprises, this applies to them also. In the past, the idea that capitalist want to make money so media bias makes no sense was used as an a priori argument. Now that bias in the legacy media is on full view and indisputable, it’s clear that other considerations can override profitability.

The same goes for any enterprise. Look at Google and the Damore incident. Not only is this terrible PR for Google; their internal policies are likely damaging the organization by introducing SJW criteria in hiring, promotion, and daily operations. I submit the following video as evidence. Note that this was produced about three years ago. In the video, some HR weasel is describing Google’s internal policies to a bunch of reps from Google Ventures companies (Google’s venture capital subsidiary). The internal contradictions and absurdities are breathtaking. Clearly these policies had already been in force for some time. Google continues to thrive, for now.

The globalists and their gop lackeys are radicalizing some fraction of the American people, certainly hard core Trump supporters.

This all reminds me of the media induced hysteria following such events as Columbine, Sandy Hook, the Trayvon Martin attack on George Zimmerman, etc, etc, etc.

I spend just about zero time on any mainstream news site anymore nor do I watch tv, but I gather that right now we’re in the panic phase, when the gop ducks-and-covers, leaving supporters twisting in the wind.

In other words, business as usual.

I had thought it was a bedrock principle of America- surely endorsed by conservative inc, with its lengthy list of steely principles that must never be questioned- that people with unpopular viewpoints should be allowed to protest. Or- at the very least- violently attacking such protesters is a no-no.

Nope. It’s a-ok if the attackers are leftist thugs, because if there’s one thing the gop knows how to do it’s dance when the left commands, and never talk back.

    Pitiful.

My favorite part of this, the healthcare debacle, etc. is that the Trump administration is shining a light on the cockroaches that make up the Congressional GOP.

All the years I’ve railed against those dirtbags and now it is rather nice to ease back, smile, and enjoy “I told ya so…”

I’ve always known that liberals stink at capitalism, but this latest trend of the heads of corporations engaging in left-wing moral exhibitionism is shocking even to me.

?Why, RA. We have long had a kleptocracy in place, where the pols and the big corps are in bed together. It is one reason we have zillions of regs and expensive runs for office in Congress.

?Have you ever looked at Reagan Airport. The tails of corporate jets look like a giant school of shark fins.
