A Worthy Speech

Being a bit insomniac, I watched the President’s speech in Poland  today.

If you have not seen it, I suggest you  spare the 35 minutes.

It defined the spiritual backing of an approach to foreign policy rooted in admiring toughness and freedom and supporting those who embrace them.

He threw down on Germany and the Paris centric obsessed American Europhiles.

He set a tone going into the G20.

He informed Putin America will actively defend Poland while not mentioning that  the first LNG tankers from the US are on their way to Eastern Europe.

He left the impression that “This is the kind of Europe We will defend”, not the one engaging in globalist suicide.

One Response to A Worthy Speech

Yes, a refreshingly American speech. None of the “we are part of the world” BS we’ve had for the last 8 years.

But not all the country is really ready for Trump, unfortunately. Just had dinner with a couple we like a lot, but the wife is solid in the wrong page and verse. She is STILL sure there was something the Russians did to the election, and “the investigation” will show us what happened. We had a nice discussion, in which it was obvious no amount of logic was going to move her. She’s the type the republican pols are afraid of. But since we live in a dem state, that isn’t much of a worry, now is it.
