The left see judges as Solomon-like in their wisdom and more importantly, their rightful scope. Obama is a disease, but he is also a symptom. He is a willing, malicious part of the problem BECAUSE he has been educated in the halls of the left.
Of course he knows about Marbury v Madison, and he agrees that a key role of the court is judicial review of laws for Constitutionality. The problem is that he and his fellow-travellers actually see the courts as a source for progressive remedies of conservative intransigence. They believe that the courts have a duty to act as the wise king, settling the disputes of Congress the shepherd and a President the farmer.
The left has assembled a God whose existence needs neither to be proven nor disproven, because it is not asserted. This unspeakable deity is the Taliban of the west, obliterating the old religion and killing millions for ideology.
This is why the left is undisturbed by the prospect of legislating from the bench. These people are on a mission from their God, and no amount of conservative argument can dissuade them from their own ineluctable rightness. It is not a lack of respect for the court that makes them disparage its members. It is the religious conviction that conservatism is blasphemy against their God, that conservative arguments profane their temple, and that conservative justices are heretics.

The man of the left cannot understand systems and does not think in terms of governing or even governable proicesses. Theirs is a world where an “invisible hand” sounds like voodoo, and smacks of trickery. Their night sky is haunted by angels and demons, with good guys in charge of all that is good, and bad guys conspiring to cause suffering and unfairness throughout the world.
They ridicule an elegant construct such as the Laffer curve with its devastating implications for Keynesian economics as if they had been told that the speed of a man being pursued by a tiger can be measured in negative numbers in the tiger’s frame of reference. Their plodding and literally retarded insistence that increasing tax rates will increase tax revenues, and that the reverse holds true, and that simple math proves it, is stunningly close to insisting that 2+2=22 as proven by orthography. They demand that we show them a so-called “a-tom”, and sneer when we cannot produce one for their inspection.
They believe that mentally ill or disturbed persons who wish to have their genitals mutilated or amputated must be mutilated by mentally disturbed doctors of great skill, and all at taxpayer expense.

They laugh at the right and in particular the religious right as suffering from mental difficulties, of which they would cure us with a different set of skilled yet twisted doctors, like the ones who invented the Sybil hoax for literally, fun and profit.

In Afghanistan, tribal structures exist through a system of patronage. Alliances shift not because the people are fickle or untrustworthy, but because each of them owes some protection to somebody, and can best provide it by combining it with some protection from above as well. In parts of Afghanistan, switching sides in a war is no more frowned upon than changing jobs in the West, and for similar reason: it is not about ideology, but about loyalty to a certain level. America is a nation because we were forged into one by the efforts of better men than ourselves. Afghanistan is not a nation but a collection of much smaller groups, each of which commands the loyalty of its members through thick and thin, so that alliances and hierarchical relationships between groups shift fairly freely.
Modern Democrats are truly not Americans. Their loyalty is not the the nation, and it plays no part in shaping their identity. Instead, they are members of grievance groups divided along predictable lines such as sex, race, religion, and so forth. These are the primary objects of loyalty for Democrats, and that fact is the basis for a century of leftist shenanigans from the class warfare of the Fabians through the identity politics of the 21st century progressive.

National Socialism is socialism in word and deed, not an accident of title. There is no shortage of words to describe political philosophy, and the excuse that National Socialism is somehow Nationalism but not Socialism are beginning to ring hollow to a new generation.
The fact is that ALL socialism depends upon grievance-mongering which in turn depends upon identity politics. Socialism based upon class warfare is called Communism, and Socialism based upon race warfare is called Nazism.
