    Anytime I’ve seen their show, Mika seems pretty airheady to me, but good luck to them anyway.
    You know what I think WAS a publicity stunt though? Colbert’s rant. I think he was trying to be as flagrantly insulting as possible to bait Trump into tweeting something nasty in response, and the resulting twitter war would have driven up Colbert’s ratings. I think he did get a ratings bump anyway, but nothing like it would have been had Trump responded. By not responding Trump effectively said “you are nothing.” Good.

    You know, maybe the hard core Dems won’t like this – a Democrat woman actually getting along with a Republican guy enough to marry him. I wonder if Mika will get criticized? Will be interesting to see if either gets more moderate in their politics after the wedding. Or to see if there will be a food fight at the reception between their relatives.

    Well, at least they are getting married, that alone is pretty old-fashioned.
    I do think it’s a shame for the kids. What will they think is ‘normal’ family life, that they will seek to recreate when they are old enough to have families themselves?
