There was a minor but noticeable earthquake along the US eastern seaboard on Thursday. Geologists now postulate it was caused by The Swamp letting out a big bubble.

hahaha but you’re wrong. It was fracking.
Fracking? Not. With my inestimable grasp of reality, I’m sure it was the ABC fake story about Flynn pegging Trump with “collusion” that tanked the market. The egregious nature of this swamp story eclipses past efforts to direct reality in accordance with Progressive desires. The aftershock was due to the GOP passing some turgid tax bill after wetting their beaks sufficiently.
I was in Richmond for the 2011 earthquake. People were stunned. This one centering right under Dover is pretty darned novel as well. I wonder if our Baltimore friend felt it?
The VA quake was a 5.8 but was well outside of Richmond.
Having spent many years in CA and knowing a bit about engineering, I can say with confidence that a 5.8 quake directly under a northeastern city would flatten that city. Pretty much all brick buildings would collapse into piles of bricks. Most parking garages would pancake or rack over.
