For those who might find me here first, I most definitely felt it, with no ill effects. \u00a0It was quite noticeable. \u00a0I am about 30 or 40 miles from the epicenter. \u00a0I was in a 3rd floor office building, and of course wea ll got up and walked to the window to see what was going on. \u00a0There was a low ominous rumbling, and the building shook rapidly in a strangely restrained way, for a long, long time. \u00a0Perhaps over a minute of constant shaking, which is an eternity when you’re waiting for the real quake to begin.<\/p>\n

Everybody kind of figured it was an earthquake, but it really kept seeming like a large vehicle going by, uh, down the hallway. \u00a0A bit of disorientation, until we finally decided it was no kidding an earthquake.<\/p>\n
