His closing remarks are:

The establishment will not stand up to Obama, just like it didn’t stand up to FDR. The real action will come from ad-hoc coalitions, like the one behind the Stop Iran Rally, that throw things together. And it will come from a handful of kids somewhat that do what the adults aren’t doing.

Bergson was in his early twenties when he began his activism. Dennis Prager was in his early twenties when he began working as the national spokesman for Student Struggle for Soviet Jewry. Where the establishment failed, they succeeded in bringing national attention to an urgent crisis.

Creative solutions will not come from the establishment, but from outside it. The establishment has been 0 for 3 when it came to building Israel, the Holocaust and Soviet Jewry. Expecting it to do any more about Iran than be “deeply concerned” is a formula for disappointment.

This is not a time for more internal diplomacy in which establishment bosses chat with politicians and come away with four pounds of nothing in a torn sack. It’s time for forceful activism that wakes up everyone to the reality that we are facing a future in which terrorists have nuclear weapons.

While the ADL spends money on lesson plans about Bruce Jenner and social justice poetry, while the UJA winks and funds BDS, a new generation will once again be called on to stand against Armageddon.

You can read his whole comment at the linked site, but he has a point. So far we have seen the establishment move only in small steps towards what we have demanded via elections. Yes, there are more conservatives in Congress, and they are getting louder in their demands, but then they get chastised for their “disagreement”. Note the recent move to unseat Beohner. It is being haled as unnecessary drama that cannot win and will “only enhance the opposition”. Perhaps on some level that is true. But Boehner has not demonstrated the kind of fight and guts that we are demanding. We do not want calm, collected men; we want bomb throwers. At least at this point.

Look at the recent video releases about Planned Parenhood. They have been in-your-face in nature. They have also been carefully scripted to allow the BG’s to respond to one, only to get the next one to quash the arguments put forth. So far it seems the best PP can do is claim “highly edited”. They don’t appear that way. The first one had longer segments released to demonstrate that it was not edited for content but time, and since then we have gotten only worse and worse videos.

Note the general silence on the left. No democrats have come out loudly supporting PP, nor stood strongly in support of abortion. Indeed, it seems they are mostly hoping to hunker down and wait for things to “blow over”.

THAT is how we should be fighting the left on EVERYTHING.

Daniel Greenfield over at Sultan Knish blog has put up an interesting review of the Jewish actions in America over the last century.
