Met with three clients , all business owners in construction trades individually over the last few days.<\/p>\n

All report RFQs (requests for quotation) and contracts coming out of the woodwork<\/p>\n

All\u00a0 are replacing worn out equipment<\/p>\n

All have the same issue.\u00a0 “It is hard to find and keep good people”<\/p>\n

I usually review their wage policy, their incentives and their hiring practices and find as usual, the American economy is switching gears like a race car. Where employees hung onto their jobs, the employer must hang on to their employees.<\/p>\n

America is back, folks. All we need now is some competition in health insurance and watch the number of people covered go through the roof.<\/p>\n

Next, time to free market k-12, the single largest new industry of the 21st century. Place your investment bets.<\/p>\n
