I am in the red circle now. It is raining. Should I go outside and collapse an umbrella?<\/p>\n

Yellow means Caution and Red means warning. My part of the country turned red a while back from yellow. It is 12:30 and the storm gets stronger from 6 pm on.<\/p>\n

UPDATE: The storm has moved so it will pass right over my Sock Drawer. (I am a little north of the \u65e5\u00a0<\/strong>in “\uff11\uff17\u65e5<\/strong>\uff11\uff18\u6642\u201d\u3000on the Main Island.)<\/p>\n

In Japan they number the typhoons from the beginning of the year so this is Number 18 for 2017. It will arrive tomorrow.<\/p>\n
