My job has ups and downs, and this is one of the ups. After nursing this client through a lawsuit, a loan recall, a housing recession of cataclysmic proportions and a Chapter 11 restructure, here we are six years later , moving forward with the latest technology for computer controlled stone cutting. Marble, Quartz or granite, this Robosaw will slice it, dice it and write your name in it.<\/p>\n

We got a great financing package and a really good old style small town bank that survived the Federal attempt to kill small banks.<\/p>\n

I stood there today after reviewing the latest cash and profit numbers with the owner who started as a stonecutter using a handsaw.\u00a0 The installation team he appointed were ready to show off.<\/p>\n

Sarge was the point man, having been sent to school in Detroit to learn the art of Robosaw command and control. (Gunnery Sergeant,\u00a0Iraq and Afghanistan). Next to him\u00a0were Duke who was learning but due to go fight fires with his Guard unit for a week and Tex, who grows weed for profit in his off time.<\/p>\n

They put on a show for me, running the new\u00a0Steel Collar worker through his paces.\u00a0Robosaw was made in America, just like Sarge, Duke and Tex.<\/p>\n

Of course, Tex and Duke wanted to go outside to see my new truck, a normal form of deplorable quid pro quo.<\/p>\n

This is happening all over the country, off the radar of the economic wizards, the media and most of our so called leadership.<\/p>\n

All it took was having a leader who was not threatening to kill your way of life every day, with every breath he took, with every move he made.<\/p>\n
