The most willing fool of all the Never Rights, John McCain fired his last salvo to wreck the effort to move the needle back from the Government control miasma. His\u00a0 handmaidens in the Senate believe they have delivered a defeat to Trump, but Trump , by openly declaring he was willing to sign anything that came from the congress is now beyond blame for the fiasco. Obamacare will continue to spiral down and Trump now holds the cards on what he will sign. I expect he will offer some quiet relief to red states through very select HHS actions, but states with recalcitrant GOP Senators? Could take a lot of studies before acting.<\/p>\n
