The freighter was on <a href=\"http:\/\/freebeacon.com\/national-security\/freighter-autopilot-hit-us-destroyer\/\">auto-pilot.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>I watched a documentary about the huge cruise ships and didn&#8217;t know that those behemoth also run on auto-pilot most of the time. I think our jumbos and wide-bodies do the same. Just think of it. These multi-ton things can have no one engaged steering. People get sloppy and then the accident happens.<\/p>\n<p>I wonder how much of our lives will be on auto-pilot in the future.
