I thought about calling this, Who wants a piece of me!<\/strong>, but I’m not sure I want an answer to that one! Let’s keep it light instead. I’ve mostly been avoiding taking stands & proffering opinions on events, but I’ve found the yapping the mouth doesn’t go away that way, it just changes to another mode–people have wanted to know about the things I’ve seen & the thinking they occasioned on my American tour, so I’ve said a few things now & again, preferring mostly to have conversations instead of giving speeches. It’s a better mode, all thins considered, less confrontational & it offers more opportunities for people to tell their stories.<\/p>\n

Maybe we can do more of that? I was talking with Mr. Devereaux the other day & he suggested a broader discussion, if M & Nanda Panda & anyone else might be interested. Do a bit of talk about America now that my astounding American tour is over–anyone interested? Of course, you can also learn weird & wonderful things about me from M, who not only hosted me, but was my guide to the great American wonders of the desert.<\/p>\n

If there are any takers, let’s talk about when it would be a good day. I think Sunday might be best for me. It might be easier to fit our different schedules, too–keep in mind, I’m two\u00a0hours East of Greenwich. As for how to talk–we can either chat on the chat at a pre-arranged date or do\u00a0audio or audio-video in some way.\u00a0My\u00a0experience of talking online is limited\u00a0to\u00a0google hangouts, skype, facebook video–you know, what the kids do… So I’m open for business & open for suggestions!<\/p>\n

By the way, I’m proud to say I’ve been added to the BDB blogroll, in the company of the valiant RushBabe, no less!–she’s also partly guilty for this chatting proposal, having cornered me into giving a speech at our Seattle meetup, which thankfully is not available to anyone but the NSA, who, I’m sure,\u00a0will be adequately discrete about it.
