Chris Matthews Not Wrong

Chris Matthews has been one of the more disgusting nakedly partisan Clinton apparatchiks in the mainstream media.  So do not be too surprised that he is not telling it like it is.  He sacrificed more totally and more freely than almost anybody else.  He was not a Clinton appointee like Brazile, or Stephanopoulous.  He came from the journalist side of things, and now has nowhere to go.  He has burned his own house down to keep warm, rather than his neighbor’s.  So enjoy this:

And now Clinton is blaming now only partly blaming Comey and the Ho’ po is promoting abolishing the electoral college (I don’t know why google puts huffpo on my news feed).

Okay. Listened to the vid: good on him!

I’m in shock! Can’t believe Matthews said this. Nice surprise.

Not unexpected. He is an old school democrat and remembers the people they just kissed off for two generations.

Notice the issues he talked about are the ones the National Review hated also.

    Wow

I used to watch Matthews when he first started ‘Hardball’ and he was ok considering he had always worked for democrats when not doing actual journalism. But he kinda lost it when Obama was ascendant. This bit he did on Hillary was good, but did he cover it this way before the election?

Of course not. He’s a childish liar, but he’s more mature and more honest than the rest of them. He sees it. The game is over, and his team lost. They’ve been running the Clinton play since 2006, and it didn’t work. Now they have nothing.

Yeah, at least he’s a realist and cares more about his internal sobriety than Maddow the Sleaze.

One of the problems of “journalists” is that, beside being partisan, they are terribly superficial. Doesn’t really matter which side you look at. Megan Kelly, alleged to be a tough questioner, got hung up on sex and gender, rendering her useless as a reporter/journalist. Gingrich called her out on it and she got huffy.

But look at the usual news show (not hard news but the rest – like Matthews) and you see people who ask a question, accept the deflection, and move on. But there is SO much more to say and no one makes the pols do that.

OK. I’m a partisan, but it seemed to me that Trump subjected himself to longer, more in-depth interviews than anyone else for a long time. ?EVER see Hillary actually sit for and interview of substance (Ellen Degenerate doesn’t count).
