These girls rokk: Au Revoir Simone, with Fallen Snow. Heard this today and looked it up. Nice!
Then there are improvements we’ve been running here. I think I got user media libraries and so more responsive comment/reply notification. The notifications are not customized per user — just a list of what’s recent, but it’s better than it was.
Embarrassing point: I cannot figure out what controls the tabs at the top which list individual pages. Thus, I cannot turn it off. Well, it will come down eventually.
And somewhere in the distance, a straw breaks a camel’s back.
Nice upgrades on the right! Checked my media library and it contains only stuff I uploaded. BZ!
Hey, Song o/t Day…Nice! Just b/c comments are closed in “Have Fun”; commenting/replying to comments in the Groups mode over there is a real pain…Have to reply to the original poster/comment, can’t just put one under the newest. Fiddly-foo! Would still like to edit replies, since I’m vulnerable to typos. (-:
Nanda,
Does not”(Edit)” come up next to the time stamp after you post your comment?
Not that I’ve seen.
Guess it’s my special powers. what about when in the “comments” page from the “TV?” If I move my mouse pointer below a comment a menu pops up.
“TV”? Not following.
That’s what Dev calls the little comicstrip dialog box up in the tool bar on the left. Clicking on it takes you to a dashboard page of comments.
The Forums page is kind of a mutant. The page for an individual forum (“Have Fun!” in this case) should just hold the forum, not host a separate conversation on its face. A forum hosts topics with oodles of threaded replies, and this structure is much better for a conversation than a blog post.
Eventually, the blog should be more like a magazine’s pages, with intentionally “published” stuff, subject to editing and standards etc, whereas fora (sorry, “forums”) are where we can all hang and chat.
And fora still need work. :-)
THANK YOU for the feedback — it is invaluable.
